Shop for a Foodie! Truffle Oil and Seasoning!

If you’re shopping for a foodie, a great jar of truffle oil is an awesome option. You can find many affordable options on our store with tons of gifts sets that contain several various bottles and some that even include truffle salts as well.

Truffle oil is one of those special purchases. While most jars of the best truffle oils are small in size, a little goes a long way in taking an ordinary dish to something restaurant-worthy. It can be used in so many dishes, from pizza to pasta, meats, snacks, eggs, and more.

Why is Truffle Zest so Amazing? Sabatino's truffle seasonings make it easy to add real truffle flavor to everyday meals. Made with real black truffles, these seasonings create memorable meals in an instant.

Our Truffle Zest and truffle salt products can be used in place of truffle oils and preserved truffles or as complements to those products.

INGREDIENTS 6 eggs 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons Sabatino Truffle Hot Mustard ½ teaspoon Truffle Zest® HOT, for garnish

DIRECTIONS 1. Place the eggs into a saucepan and fill with enough water to cover the eggs by 1 inch. Set the pan over high heat, and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, remove the pan from heat, cover, and set aside for 10 minutes. Prepare a bowl of cold water, set aside. 2. After 10 minutes, drain the hot water and rinse the eggs with cold water to be able to handle. Gently tap the eggs on the counter to crack the shell in a few places. Place the eggs into the bowl of cold water, let sit for a few minutes, and then lightly peel away the shells while submerging in water. 3. Slice the eggs lengthwise, set aside. Remove the yolk, and place in a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly, and then using a spatula, fold in the Sabatino Hot Truffle Mustard, mayonnaise, and Sabatino Truffle Zest® Hot , until nice smooth paste forms. 4. Pipe the filling into the egg whites, or simply spoon filling into the egg whites. Sprinkle with additional Truffle Zest® Hot right before serving. Sabatino Tartufi Culinary Team
